InspectoQMS LAN Edition is on-premise software installed on the customer's own server. Pinkney Technologies LLC does not have access to, collect, store, or process any operational data entered into the InspectoQMS software by customers. All quality records, documents, and user data remain on the customer's local network at all times.
If you are a customer of InspectoQMS, your software data is governed by your End User License Agreement (EULA), not this Privacy Policy.
