4. InspectoQMS Software Data

InspectoQMS LAN Edition is on-premise software installed on the customer's own server. Pinkney Technologies LLC does not have access to, collect, store, or process any operational data entered into the InspectoQMS software by customers. All quality records, documents, and user data remain on the customer's local network at all times.

If you are a customer of InspectoQMS, your software data is governed by your End User License Agreement (EULA), not this Privacy Policy.

5. Data Retention

We retain information submitted through our contact and demo forms for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain a reasonable business record of our correspondence. If you would like us to delete your information, please contact us at the address below.

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you provide to us. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted to this Site.
